I began my career over a decade ago as a system and network engineer, running hardware and software in data centers, moving everything into the “Clouds” and beyond. This experience paved the way for my evolution into a Principal Software Engineer, where I now specialize in Site Reliability. My role has expanded my expertise into Go programming, further augmenting my skills in Open Source and Innersource software, GNU/Linux, Automation and Cloud services.
My skills set and expirience includes variety of technologies and techniques that is not easy to describe in a short sweet form, but I have particular interest in: Security, Observability, Reliability, Automation, Infrastructure as a Code, Process Isolation, Networking, Operating systems, Systems Architecture and Go programming. A special place in my heart is reserved for Terraform, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, and shell scripting. I am also regularly exploring new areas to optimize processes.
Whether you’re aiming to start a career in software development, system/network engineering, or looking to explore site reliability engineering with Go and Cloud native solutions, I’m here to provide guidance and insights.
Feel free to reach out if you want to learn more about these areas or need advice on beginning or advancing in the tech industry.
